Position: College Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Finance management – financial planning and reporting..(revenue and expenditures)
  2. Prepare and maintain college calendar and schedules
  3. Update college schedules as needed
  4. Act as the point of contact for all employees- providing administrative support and managing their queries
  5. Ensure security arrangement and safety requirements at the ajira college
  6. Maintain records and documentation pertaining to the work area
  7. Look after the maintenance of the services. Liaison with the local bodies

ATTRIBUTES:

  1. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  2. Very strong strategic planning skills
  3. Solid knowledge of office procedures
  4. Experience of not less than 7 years in the same field
